Bula is a mithycal hero present in almost all romanian "not so funny" jokes called by natives "bancuri". Some say that he is a kind of a Superman, some say that he is mentally retarded. He is always helping the wifes of the romanian workers, who are beaten by their husbands to a bloody pulp, when they come drunk with the tzuica at home. Anyway, it is known that Bula uses excessiv highly praising expressions as "Bag pula tai copacu'" or "Tu cu cine tii ma in pizda matii, cu Ursu'?" Bula is always remembered as a skinny young male, ugly as hellthat is messing up the life of every person who meets him. He seems to be an immortal person, documents about Bula dating back even from the time of the Roman Empire. An also well known relative of Bula is Pacala, his cousin from the country.
Bula's father is told to be named Benis, his mother Bizda, and his younger brother Butza. Another female relative of Bula is Alinutza the Sadist. Results from combination of Bula with Alinutza is "puradei", a dangerous race in Romania.
Sometimes, Bula plays (undercover) jokes starting always with: "One American, one Frenchman and one Romanian...". Those jokes are ending always in the same way as seen on internet phishing
